The schedule of events is as follows:

•    A Mapping of PCT implementation in Europe: a report that will outline information and good practice examples of the knowledge, use and implementation of Person Centred Technology in Europe. The report will be based on data gathered through an online survey that is open to all relevant stakeholders in Europe. Please help us collect information and complete it!

•    An Ethical Framework for implementation of PCT to enhance learning and training. Though use of Person Centred Technology for people with disabilities is often driven by considerations of cost and benefits, or improvement of the quality of life, there are also serious considerations in terms of privacy, dignity and freedom of users. The ethical framework will look at all these questions and highlight possible issues to ensure that technologies are used for the benefit of people with disabilities and are not abused to control their lives.

•    A Training Needs Analysis for social care staff, will be undertaken in consultation with staff of the partner organisations and will highlight recommendations for strategies to further enhance the understanding of the potential benefits of PCT for the improvement of quality of life of end users, and recommendations for policy makers and training organisations.

•    A web based Knowledge Centre on Person Centred Technology in Europe.

•    A Glossary of relevant Technical Terms.
